Patrick S. Kay

Patrick was born and raised in Anderson, SC.  After graduating from Wofford College in 2004 with a B.A. in Philosophy, he began work as a real estate appraiser for the Anderson County Assessor’s Office.  Less than a year later began working with Gerald Terry Realty Investments as a real estate agent.  Patrick has become a very active member of the community, serving on the Anderson Arts Center Board, Anderson University President’s Emerging Leaders Board, and the Anderson Heritage Board.

Steve was born and raised in Anderson, SC.  After graduating from Clemson University in 1973 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering he began working at Hill Electric Co. where he later became President and CEO.  Steve is a very active community member.
