109 & 111 West Benson Street

Formally Dickson’s Ice Cream Shop, a shoe shine shop, and a liquor store, Benson Street Properties is renovating the commercial buildings into two retail locations.  The former ice cream shop is being transformed into a 1400 square foot space ideal for a restaurant.  The other site is a 1100 square foot space suitable for retail or office.
Above the retail locations will be two apartments eaching having two bedrooms.

The Koo Koo Ice Cream Depot will occupy the 109A space beginning in mid August. Koo Koo is a family friendly business serving ice cream, cakes, and smoothies to Downtown Anderson.

The retail space at 111A (1100 sq. ft) is still available for lease. Please contact us for details.
